Patbingsu yemeklerden sonra servis edilebilinen bir tatlı çeşididir.
Eskiden bu tatlı sadece buz ve tatlı fasulye ezmesinin karışımından oluşmaktaydı.
Günümüzde Patbingsu özellikle yaz aylarında tercih edilen bir tatlıdır. Ayrıca süt, meyve şurupları, Tteok parçaları ve çilek, kivi veya muz tanecikleriyle süslenmektedir.


Modern Fast-food restaurantları Patbingsu'yu değişik çeşitlerle hazırlamaktadırlar, bunlardan bazıları:
